Description

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales operations and marketing initiatives in Houston, Texas. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement, making it ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, team development, and creative brand growth.

The ideal candidate will bring industry experience in appliances or interior design, with a strong understanding of how to connect product aesthetics, function, and client vision.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead, mentor, and motivate inside sales teams to achieve performance goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

+ Spend time on the showroom floor engaging with clients and team members to ensure alignment between sales strategy and customer satisfaction.

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, designers, and clients to support sales growth and brand partnerships.

+ Evaluate sales performance using data-driven reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to align on marketing objectives and sales targets.

+ Utilize cloud-based systems and CRM tools to manage operations, reporting, and analytics effectively.

+ Travel between locations as needed to support team development and regional sales efforts.

+ Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.

+ Represent the brand at design shows, vendor events, and showroom launches to promote products and build relationships.

+ Provide clear leadership and communication to ensure a motivated, high-performing sales team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Manager in the appliance, interior design, or home improvement industry.

+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and build client trust.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

+ Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics, and digital marketing tools.

+ Willingness to travel regularly for business development and team support.
