    Program Project Manager

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the implementation and onboarding of clients into a new program the company is implementing. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and brings a collaborative mindset to every project.

     

    •Key Responsibilities

    + Lead onboarding activities for new clients joining the program, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

    + Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.

    + Support quoting processes and ensure alignment with client expectations.

    + Gather, organize, and analyze client data for implementation; identify and resolve gaps in information.

    + Accurately input data into enrollment platforms and forms, maintaining compliance with established guidelines.

    + Utilize technology tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.

    + Process new business documentation and maintain records in the agency management system and CRM.

    + Document work thoroughly and ensure all project-related information is saved and accessible.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

    + 3+ years of experience dealing with project management, benefits administration, or other related experience

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    + Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

    + Adaptable and resilient, with a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.

    + Familiarity with the employee benefits industry is a plus, but not required.
