    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract to hire basis in Spokane, Washington. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication skills and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.

    • Assist customers by answering questions, transferring calls, and addressing their needs effectively.

    • Maintain accurate and detailed notes on customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding requests.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and adherence to company protocols.

    • Perform general administrative duties

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in customer service roles.

    • Strong skills in data entry and managing customer inquiries.

    • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

    • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.
