Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role offers one opening on the 2nd shift (2 PM - 11 PM) and another on the 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM) from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems, with around 4-5 years of experience. A strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are highly valued, as we provide training for those with basic skills.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

+ Conduct maintenance on core cutters and ovens.

+ Examine parts for defects such as breakage or excessive wear and replace parts as necessary.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.

+ Electrical troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Heavy industrial experience.

+ Multi-craft capabilities.

+ Experience in preventive maintenance and repair.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roanoke, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.40 - $30.57/hr.
