    **Job Title:** Shop Laborer

     

    Pay Rate: $19 - $20/hr

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Shop Laborer and play a key role in supporting the production process through material handling, equipment operation, and general shop tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate grinders and sanders as needed

    + Perform basic material handling tasks efficiently and safely

    + Assist with general production and assembly work

    + Use hand and power tools for various shop tasks

    + Conduct deburring and grinding to ensure product quality

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with grinding and production work

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools

    + Skilled in deburring and sanding operations

    + Experience in material handling and shop labor

    + Forklift operation experience is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
