Position OverviewUnited Health Services is looking for a collaborative and results-driven Physician Practice Manager – Multi Specialty to support our Director of Physician Practice Management, UHS Administration, and Medical Directors in advancing our mission, vision, and goals. This role oversees operations across multiple specialties, working closely with clinic supervisors and lead providers to ensure consistent, effective, and efficient workflows at each site.

Compensation Range:

$37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a liaison between assigned clinics, medical staff, and administrative leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational directives.

+ Monitor and evaluate staff and provider performance, offering regular feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.

+ Develop and manage annual budgets, including forecasting patient volumes, controlling supply and service costs, and determining appropriate staffing levels to meet financial goals.

+ Collaborate with Unit Coordinators and Leads to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as Joint Commission, NYS Department of Health, and Infection Control requirements.

+ Lead and support Performance Improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying areas for enhancement, and assisting in the development and implementation of improvement plans.

+ Oversee care coordination across departments to ensure seamless patient transitions, effective communication, and continuity of care throughout the service line.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related field with prior healthcare managerial experience,

+ OR Enrollment in a related Bachelor's Degree Program to be completed within three (3) years of hire with prior healthcare managerial experience.

+ Experience creating, applying and manipulating data and information in Microsoft Excel and Word
