CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Architect to join our team in Richardson, TX. This hybrid role (onsite 1-2 days per week in our Richardson, TX office) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at identifying process and system gaps, optimizes business processes, acts as a liaison between business and technology teams to build optimal solutions, and effectively communicates status, business value and success metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
What you will do** **:
+ Process Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in HR and payroll systems and processes. Document findings and collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions.
+ Business Process Optimization: Analyze and refine existing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and align operations with strategic objectives and standardized technology solutions.
+ Solution Facilitation: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Present proposed solutions to business stakeholders working with technical teams on feasible solution options.
+ Establish Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices and streamlined processes to drive operational efficiency and consistency across teams.
+ Plan and Execute: Define project scope, estimate effort, track progress of multiple initiatives, and present updates during portfolio reviews.
+ Communication & Presentation: Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations to stakeholders. Communicate complex process flows and project updates effectively.
+ Process Visualization: Develop visual process flows to illustrate current and future state processes. Explain these flows to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Tool Utilization: Build and manage dashboards in Jira, utilize Microsoft Project and other Microsoft tools for project tracking and reporting.
+ Agile Methodologies and Product model: Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile environments and product model frameworks to drive iterative process improvements and deliver optimized, user-centric business solutions.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years' experience as a business analyst or process architect with expertise in defining current state business processes and proposing optimal future state.
+ 5+ years' experience with visualization tools like Visio, Lucid, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel.
+ 5+ years' experience with Agile Methodologies and Product Modeling including Agile and Project Management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office tools.
+ 3+ years' experience managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ 3+ years' experience in portfolio review presentations and stakeholder communication.
+ 3+ years' experience executing and delivering solutions (planning, delivering, supporting).
Preferred Qualifications
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
+ Growth mindset (agility with developing yourself and others).
+ Background in HR and Payroll processes with experience on working in HRIT/HRIS.
+ Familiarity with change management processes.
+ Experience working in large, matrix organizations.
+ Experience with SQL and proficiency in creating data visualizations.
Education
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Specialized training/relevant professional qualifications preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
