Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Manager, Finance Systems Support to provide ongoing support and optimization of finance processes within our SAP S/4HANA environment.
This individual contributor role will focus on sustaining and enhancing system functionality, resolving issues, and supporting finance users across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SAP finance modules, a strong foundation in accounting or financial operations, and a collaborative mindset to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
User Experience:
+ Partner with IT and finance stakeholders to deploy new SAP Fiori applications based on business need.
+ Ensure that CVSH is up-to-date on latest available functionality.
+ Collaborate externally as needed with vendors for best practices and system reviews.
+ Facilitate training sessions and working groups to enhance user understanding and system proficiency.
+ Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of system incidents and service requests.
Finance Systems Support & Optimization:
+ Serve as a Finance subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA, supporting day-to-day operations and user inquiries.
+ Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions.
+ Support finance teams in adopting new SAP capabilities and enhancements aligned with best practices.
+ Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system usage and adoption.
Data Integrity & Compliance:
+ Support financial data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks during system updates or changes.
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements in all system-related activities.
+ Assist in maintaining master data and configuration settings to support accurate financial reporting.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:
+ Work closely with Finance, IT, and other business units to identify and implement process enhancements.
+ Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on priorities and share system insights.
+ Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication, training, and adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems.
+ 3+ years of experience supporting SAP ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous consulting experience
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
