    Job Description

    We are seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers / Warehouse Associates to support our operations in Carlisle, PA. This is a short-term project lasting approximately 4 to 8 weeks, ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload gym equipment safely and efficiently

    + Perform palletization of products for storage and shipment

    + Scan and label items accurately using warehouse systems

    + Stage products for outbound delivery and internal organization

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inventory management, shipping and receiving.

    + Experience with loading and unloading.

    + Ability to use RF scanners.

    + Skills in packing and general labor.

    + Competence in packaging tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

    + Ability to write simple correspondence.

    + Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.

    + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

    + Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.

    + Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
