**Job Title:** Assembler – Telecom Concealment Structures

**Location:** North Charleston, SC

**Pay Rate:** $19/hour ($1 raise after 4 months)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in building concealment structures for the telecommunications industry. This role involves hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the deployment of infrastructure for wireless networks.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble metal and composite components according to engineering specifications and drawings

+ Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, fasten, and finish parts

+ Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure structural integrity

+ Perform basic measurements and inspections to verify part accuracy

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

+ Assist with packaging and preparation of finished structures for shipment

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in assembly, fabrication, or construction preferred

+ Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or schematics

+ Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and measuring devices

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
