    Maintenance Technician

    Summary:

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production lines. Your role will include handling line changeovers, preventive maintenance, repairs, machine installations, and facility-wide maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues including motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulic systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair electrical components such as sensors, relays, PLCs, control panels, and wiring.

    + Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize production delays.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

    + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting/maintenance.

    + Experience repairing/maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

    + Experience working on conveyor systems.

    + Welding experience is a plus.

    + Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

    Work Environment

     

    This role involves working in a medium-sized company that manufactures liquor. There are two openings available for the 1st and 2nd shifts. The work environment includes exposure to loud noise levels and requires the ability to operate industrial equipment and work near moving mechanical parts. You may need to work overtime as necessary, with an expectation of 8-hour shifts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $34.29 - $34.29/hr.
