Job Title: Repair Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team in the wheel and brake shop. This role involves performing routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems equipment and accessories using manual operations.

Responsibilities

+ Receive wheels and brakes, unbox, inspect, disassemble, clean, and sandblast components.

+ Box components for delivery to the customer.

+ Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with aircraft wheels and brakes.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and air tools.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude.

+ Attention to detail in all tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in aviation assembly, disassembling, and sandblasting.

Work Environment

You will be working in an air-conditioned, very clean, and well-organized office environment within a warehouse. The shift starts at 5:30 am and ends at 2:00 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
