Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

We specialize in creating a wide array of custom metal parts, catering to large clients such as Lululemon and Target. Our product range includes display shelves and innovative items like drive-through communication boxes. We are currently seeking dedicated press brake operators for the first shift, though we are open to second shift as well. Operators will be responsible for setting up and running multiple jobs using Cincinnati and Amada Press Brakes. While we offer some custom tooling, most tooling will be standardized, presenting an exciting learning opportunity.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate press brakes for multiple jobs.

+ Utilize Cincinnati and Amada Press Brakes for production.

+ Work with both custom and standardized tooling.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Collaborate within a team to fabricate quality metal products.

Essential Skills

+ 6+ months experience in press brake setup.

+ 1+ year experience running press brakes.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Technical degree in fabrication or welding is a plus.

+ Experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.

+ Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $33.00/hr.
