    Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in an aerospace manufacturing facility. The role involves maintaining, altering, upgrading, and repairing CNC machinery, including HAAS, Sing Turning, and Index C200 machines. The successful candidate will contribute to a safe work environment and ensure the efficient operation of our equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Safely perform tasks related to the maintenance and repair of CNC machinery.

    + Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping practices on machines and in the work area.

    + Utilize appropriate PPE and work practices to minimize risk exposure.

    + Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as changing oil, belts, servicing filtration systems, and checking for damaged components.

    + Observe and report facility maintenance and repair needs that cannot be resolved immediately.

    + Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical failures in manufacturing equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machinery maintenance.

    + Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

    + Experience with CNC Index and CNC Swiss machines.

    + Ability to read blueprints and perform machining tasks.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills in electronic and mechanical systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in managerial or training roles is advantageous.

    + Advocate for Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) processes.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.

    + Experience operating a fork truck and scissor lift (training provided).

    + Minimum 3 years of electronic troubleshooting experience.

    The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $83000.00/yr.
