Job Title: HDF Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HDF Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will adhere to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints, and work orders. This role involves building structural components using resin systems with carbon fiber reinforcements and ensuring product quality and safety in handling materials.

Responsibilities

+ Adhere to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints, and work orders.

+ Document materials used in the process to maintain traceability, including out times of cold-stored materials.

+ Build structural components via vacuum bagging using resin systems with carbon fiber reinforcements.

+ Identify and communicate defects in tooling.

+ Meet takt times while maintaining the specified level of quality.

+ Safely handle various regulated materials used in the process.

+ Handle raw materials and manufactured parts carefully to ensure their integrity and quality.

+ Protect and maintain the confidentiality of products.

+ Adapt to changing business conditions and handle essential tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, general labor, machine operation, and general production.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and packing.

+ Ability to read and follow engineering blueprints.

+ Understanding of the Windows Operating System®, (MRP) M3 & Royal 5, and SmarTeam.

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

+ Internal applicants should have completed the Introductory Period.

+ Ability to relocate if required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
