    **Pay Range:** $17–$21/hour

    Shifts Available:

    + 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    + _Monday–Friday | Overtime may be available_

    Position Overview

    We’re hiring a skilled **CNC Operator** to support our growing production team. You’ll operate CNC machinery and manual vertical mills to produce high-quality components in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate CNC machines and manual vertical mills with precision and efficiency.

    + Utilize Fanuc and Haas controllers to execute production tasks.

    + Manage multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

    + Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance.

    + Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide machining processes.

    + Mount, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

    + Troubleshoot and repair fixtures as needed to maintain workflow.

    What You Bring

    + Proven experience in CNC and machine operation.

    + Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas control systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprint schematics.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Experience with vertical mill operation and basic machine maintenance.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + G-Code programming experience.

    + Background in industrial or manufacturing environments.

    + Genuine interest in machining and continuous improvement.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
