Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Strip and clean concrete forms and products.

+ Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.

+ Perform basic carpentry skills.

+ Facility maintenance and housekeeping.

+ Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools.

+ Comfortable working in a dirtier work environment.

+ Wearing steel toe shoes is mandatory.

+ Experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred.

+ Knowledge of basic math and measurements.

+ Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with tools such as impact guns, hammers, scrapers, pliers, and tape measures.

Work Environment

This position is located in an indoor/outdoor facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment that does not have temperature-controlled facilities. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with shifts currently ranging from 8-11 hours a day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
