Now Hiring: Forklift Picker – Rock Island, IL | $16–$17/hr

Job Description

**We’re looking for dependable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Forklift Pickers** at our Rock Island distribution center. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating a high picker forklift to assist in the distribution and repackaging of agricultural equipment parts, including components for combines and tractors.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate a **high picker forklift** to retrieve and move parts throughout the warehouse.

+ Sort boxes and place them on the correct pick pallets for outbound shipments.

+ Pick and pack a variety of products, from small hand-held items to large machine parts weighing up to 1,000 lbs.

+ Use **RF scanners** for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.

+ Assist with loading and unloading semi-trailers containing completed pallets.

Essential Skills

+ Experience operating forklifts, especially high pickers.

+ Background in packing, inventory, material handling, and general warehouse operations.

+ Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.

+ Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
