    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Roofing Supervisor to work in the field, overseeing both pre-job and post-job workloads. This role balances sales and project management responsibilities, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the commercial roofing industry and possess excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee pre-job and post-job workloads in the field.

    + Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

    + Balance responsibilities between sales and project management.

    + Focus on bidding in the winter and ensuring project smoothness in the summer.

    + Develop business through utilization of plan and bid sites.

    + Negotiate bids not available in the public market.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in the commercial roofing industry.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Experience in construction management and planning.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bi-lingual abilities are a significant plus.

    + Ability to take direct feedback and improve.

    + Must be open to overnight travel (1-2 nights a week, no weekends).

    + Strong team player who fits well within the company culture.

    Work Environment

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

     

    Full health benefits after 1 year
