    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.

     

    **2nd Shift:** Mon-Fri (2:30pm to 11pm)

    **Location:** Clarksville, TN

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and repair production machinery and equipment.

    + Exercise sound mechanical judgment to improve system reliability and repeatability.

    + Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.

    + Assist with equipment installation, testing, and start-up.

    + Plan and implement corrective actions in conjunction with management direction.

    + Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in a clean and orderly manner.

    + Purchase maintenance supplies and equipment parts as needed.

    + Provide support to production associates regarding the use and care of machinery.

    + Comply with all safety standards and regulations.

    + Responsible for 5S housekeeping system within the maintenance work area and machinery repair areas.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC troubleshooting, and control.

    + Ability to read schematics and perform maintenance repairs.

    + Experience with relay logic, 3 phase, and conveyor maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Two years of technical training strongly preferred.

    + 3-5 years of maintenance experience required.

    + Intermediate reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

    + Experience in manufacturing processes and machinery.

    + Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, fluid power, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret drawings and follow work routers.

    + Basic knowledge of OSHA and other applicable safety regulations.

    + Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

    Work Environment

     

    Working conditions are typical for a manufacturing environment. The role involves lifting materials and products up to 50 pounds and requires standing, walking, lifting, and bending to access machinery repairs. Flexibility for overtime and assisting on other shifts, if necessary, is required.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
