Ally Financial only succeeds when its people do - and that’s more than some cliché people put on job postings. We live this stuff! We see our people as, well, people - with interests, families, friends, dreams, and causes that are all important to them. As the promotional program progresses along the maturity curve, we have identified the need for a deeper level of coverage for promotional dispute research and fulfillment. The Analyst role will be key in providing timely turnaround on the analytical research needs of the promotions dispute workload as well as provide our customer care associates a clearer understanding of root cause of the customer’s issue.
