    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Accounts Receivable- creation and booking as assigned of certain predetermined claims (billing) associated with program contracts, including closeouts.

    + Tracking and reporting of program expenses against the contracted budget.

    + Complete Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR) for agency.

    + Prepare Allocation reports and spreadsheets for locations/staff.

    + Backup for cash receipt posting

    + Assist with Finance department filing.

    + Perform all other relevant duties as determined by Superviso rs.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

    + 3+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in a not-for-profit setting required .

    + Basic knowledge of accounting debits and credits.

    + Payroll processing experience a plus .

    + Possess good math skills, with an understanding of percentages and allocations.

    + Proficient with computer applications such as spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office.

    + Possess good communication, organizational, and data entry skills.
