    Job Title: Human Resources Manager

    Job Description

    As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering employee engagement and driving a culture of feedback and performance. Your expertise will contribute to organizational effectiveness by partnering with HR peers to embed initiatives in learning, talent management, and organizational development. You will guide leaders and employees on employment matters, ensuring fairness, compliance, and risk mitigation, while enabling leadership and change through coaching and change management support.

    Responsibilities

    + Analyze engagement survey data to enhance employee experience.

    + Partner with leaders to drive a culture of feedback and performance.

    + Support learning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

    + Guide leaders and employees on employment matters to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

    + Coach leaders and support change management initiatives.

    + Ensure organizational structures align with business needs.

    Essential Skills

    + Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

    + Ability to understand operational and financial functions of the business.

    + Proficiency in using computer applications including spreadsheets, word processing, HR databases, and email.

    + Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively handle issues.

    + Ability to influence and lead change.

    + Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.

    + Minimum five years of experience as a Human Resources leader in an industrial manufacturing environment.

    + Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

    + Ability to effectively multi-task and manage competing priorities.

    + Prior employee relations experience.

    + Champion of safety and key member of site management teams.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a manufacturing plant operating from 8 AM to 5 PM. The team consists of 270 people with a wide range of skill sets and levels. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with key stakeholders in a continuously growing business.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

     

    All active, full-time employees regulary scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week are eligible to participate in theBenefits program first of the month following date of hire. Eligible participants include the employee, legal spouse,or eligible domestic partner (same or opposite sex) and children up to age 26.MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUG BENEFITSOur medical benefits are designed to offer choice, flexibility and a focus on prevention and Wellness. Civica employeeshave the option of choosing from three different Regence BCBS plans: the $500/$1000 Traditional Plan, the $1500/$3000Traditional Plan and a $1700/$3400 HDHP Plan + Health Savings Account (HSA). All plans offer quality care featuringprescription drug coverage through Regence BCBS and a variety of in-network preventive care services that are covered infull, such as physical exams, well childcare, immunizations and screenings.
