The SME&C Global Sales & Operations (GS&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact on a scale.
We are seeking a **Business Program Manage** **r** for SME&C Global Operations to drive strategic directives in budget, compliance, headcount, and project portfolio management. This role partners with the Global Operations Leader and collaborates with Sales Excellence, Business & Sales Operations (BSO), Analytics, Business Planning, AI and business intelligence (BI), Transformation, and Global process teams, ensure operational excellence, maintain visibility, align priorities, and optimize outcomes.
Success in this role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and building working relationships across diverse teams. You should adapt to feedback, adjust to changing environments, and proactively share ideas to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Business Operations
+ Oversees the SME&C Global Operationsteam rhythm of business, including weekly leadership meetings, all-hands, offsites, and community sessions. Sets objectives aligned with organizational goals and ensures privacy and compliance.
+ Leverages key partnerships to drive the agenda for the leadership team and ensure follow up. Creates alignment within partnerships by providing an objective point of view, ensuring all voices are heard, synthesizing ideas, and creating an action plan. Engages in project management or may act as a project/program.
+ Collaborates with internal stakeholders and Microsoft teams to oversee the progress of execution plans. Leads and oversees processes to ensure alignment across groups. Works with the organization to report against targets.
+ Partners with Finance to manage and plan the budget and headcount. Provides forecast support in collaboration with the Global Operations and GS&O leadership team. Identifies actions to address forecasted challenges and improve performance.
+ Coordinates with the Procurement team on resource allocation. Collaborates with leadership on resource management planning.
+ Monitors team health and supports the leader in responding to team culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion [D&I], hiring, onboarding), people pillar related initiatives, while partnering with Human Resources to do so. Tracks the use of role-based compliance trainings and new trainings; drives the training completion rates. Plans and executes on trainings. Ensures a healthy compliance scorecard for the team/organization. Capitalizes on team strengths and identifies development areas.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Collaborative-Work cohesively with members of the Microsoft sales & services team, Microsoft partners, engineering, and marketing to solve customer and partner issues, leverage best practices, & deliver results.

Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
