    The JPMorganChase Wellness Team sits within the Global Benefits organization and is responsible for strategy, evaluation, implementation, and oversight of various well-being programs. This includes monitoring program performance, regulations, evaluating marketplace trends, and taking an active part in the design and implementation of the firm's overall wellness and benefits initiatives.

     

    As a Vice President on the U.S. Wellness team, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering various well-being related offerings for JPMC employees including the Wellness Incentive Program and related resources. This position emphasizes managing key partnerships, driving successful project execution, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the wellness program offering and support the firm's overall wellness objectives. This is an in office role, based in Jersey City, NJ.

    Job responsibilities

    + Overseeing and optimizing well-being program operations by developing streamlined processes, managing vendor deliverables and budgets, and preparing materials for senior management and communications

    + Contributing to the assessment and rollout of new or improved wellness initiatives by conducting research, performing data analysis, and establishing clear criteria for success

    + Tracking deliverables across all wellness vendors for internal and external stakeholders, understanding reporting/financials, participating in risk/compliance work, helping to manage and continuously improve the employee experience and assisting with driving operational excellence across well-being programs and offerings

    + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative employee engagement strategies, while staying informed on wellness and healthcare trends, regulations, and incentives

    + Leading the end-to-end management of wellness program vendors, including selection, onboarding, relationship oversight, compliance, risk management, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery

    + Analyze wellness program performance and usage data to identify trends, evaluate and enhance offerings, define success metrics, report key findings to stakeholders, and support risk and compliance initiatives with data-driven insights

    + Partnering with internal stakeholders including other vendor managers, administration, corporate strategy, customer service, communications, finance, HR technology, legal, IT security, sourcing, and international partners

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

    + Understanding of the healthcare and wellness marketplace, in particular as it relates to large employer plans/programs

    + Vendor management experience

    + Willingness and ability to innovate in order to drive fresh and/or unique approaches and solutions

    + Must have experience working in a strategic, analytical or metric driven position

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment

    + Ability to manage competing tasks, work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables

    + Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills

    + Strong project management and operations skills, with a high level of attention to detail

    + Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets

    + Solid knowledge of standard desktop applications such as MS Office (PowerPoint/PitchPro, Excel)

    + Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 3 years in corporate benefits, benefits/wellness consulting or health plan/health insurance for wellness field

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

    + Ideal to have large firm experience (10,000 plus employees)
