About the role
The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Business Analyst) will analyze, design, and optimize business workflows.
In this role, you will:
• work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, enhance process efficiency, and support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions to drive digital transformation.
• The key requirement is to understand business requirements from the business side and translate them to IT requirements and communicate effectively to the IT teams, including developers.
• Assess current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and optimization.
• Define and document functional and technical requirements, user stories, and process flows for ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in Shopping Hub and Source2Pay is preferred.

What you must have to be considered
• Understand business requirements from the business side and translate them to IT requirements and communicate effectively to the IT teams, including developers
• Ability to write acceptance criteria and excellence in understanding workflows within ServiceNow
• Familiarity with scrum and agile tables within ServiceNow
• Develop and maintain business process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.
These will help you stand out
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 10/17/25.
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
