The Digital Marketing Analyst, Integrated Philanthropy Marketing (IPM), collaborates with internal team members to optimize engagement and fundraising through data analysis and reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing websites, email marketing, paid digital performance, SMS/MMS, and managing paid advertising budgets and invoicing. The role also involves monitoring KPIs and overseeing special projects to align with strategic goals. This position's work location is fully remote with occasional time on-campus in Brookline, MA. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).
Strategic Collaboration and Analysis:
+ Collaborate with internal team members to measure the impact of integrated marketing strategies (i.e. email marketing, paid digital channels, SMS/MMS) for the Division of Philanthropy, focusing on analysis, reports, and ROI to optimize channel mix for increased engagement and fundraising.
+ Analyze and present data-driven insights through written performance reports, attribution modeling, and website usability (UX/UI) reports using tools like website analytical tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and fundraising platforms (i.e. Blackbaud Luminate Online, Eventbrite).
+ Support the strategy and optimization of philanthropy websites through UX/UI analysis.
Operational Support and Budget Management:
+ Monitor email deliverability KPIs using Google Postmaster (and/or other tools) and assist in executing multichannel integrated marketing plans, including email marketing and digital advertising.
+ Maintain tracking and coordinate invoicing for Integrated Marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing plans and overall marketing goals.
+ Manage special projects as assigned, integrating budget considerations and strategic objectives to enhance project outcomes.
+ Other duties assigned.
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
3 years of experience in digital marketing analysis and reporting for websites, email, and multi-channel campaigns.
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs for websites, email marketing, digital advertising, and cross-channel marketing.
+ Demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
+ Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or comparable platform
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel required
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Transparency Statement
The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
$73,507.20 - $82,492.80.
