As an Experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the operational aspects of our organization's physical facilities. Your expertise in facilities maintenance will ensure the functionality, safety, and sustainability of our facilities while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

In this role, you will impact our operations by ensuring that all facility systems are functioning correctly, which will enhance safety and operational efficiency across our facilities. Your technical skills will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform routine and advanced maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

+ Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of facility systems to identify and resolve complex issues.

+ Support other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of facility projects and repairs.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.

+ Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

+ Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.

+ Experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex facility systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret maintenance schematics and blueprints.
