    Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Afterschool Program

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support students in a school-based afterschool program located in Montebello. This part-time role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy working with children and are looking for consistent weekday afternoon hours.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide direct care and supervision to students during afterschool activities

    + Assist with mobility, hygiene, and health-related needs as required

    + Monitor and respond to student health concerns or emergencies

    + Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure a safe and supportive environment

    + Maintain accurate documentation and follow care protocols

    Qualifications

    + Active CNA certification in California

    + Experience working with children (school or pediatric settings preferred)

    + CPR certification

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Ability to work independently and respond calmly in emergency situations
