About the Role

As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll be part of a dynamic team protecting the firm’s reputation and ensuring integrity in a fast-moving regulatory landscape. Gain hands-on experience managing risk, exploring global markets, and collaborating with professionals across law, accounting, sales, and trading.

What You'll Do

+ Review employee requests to open and maintain personal brokerage accounts

+ Monitor and analyze employee trading activity for potential policy or regulatory issues

+ Conduct investigations and escalate potential compliance breaches

+ Partner with teams across the firm to ensure accurate trade monitoring and reporting

+ Contribute to developing and improving compliance controls, systems, and policies

What We're Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
