This is an entry level position with potential to move into a Night Selector position.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Wrapper** to ensure outbound orders are properly wrapped and organized for safe, efficient delivery. In this role, you’ll be responsible for wrapping pallets according to company standards, helping keep the loading dock clean and organized, and supporting loaders by maintaining the pace of outgoing shipments.
**Schedule:** Sunday – Thursday | 5:00 PM until job is complete
Compensation:
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is **$18.78 per hour** .

Key Responsibilities:
+ Wrap outbound orders in designated loading zones according to company standards to ensure safe transport
+ Secure each pallet from bottom to top to prevent damage during delivery
+ Verify header labels are placed in the upper right-hand corner for easy identification
+ Keep pallets on schedule with dispatch times and avoid delays in the loading process
+ Assist loaders by unloading trailers and cleaning pallets, blankets, straps, and other debris
+ Lock trailers to docks, raise doors, and lower dock plates safely
+ Operate and maintain Robo Wrappers; ensure they are clean and in good working condition
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, debris-free work area
+ Work in various temperatures, including extreme heat (100°F+) and freezing conditions
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
+ Ability to operate a pallet jack and follow batch labels
+ Strong attention to detail and basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
+ Team player with good communication and time management skills
