**Location:** Richland, WA (hybrid remote)
**Duration:** 12 months
CTG is seeking an experienced Licensing Consultant to provide strategic guidance on licensing, regulatory, and environmental activities. This role offers the opportunity to advise management, represent the organization with regulators, and drive compliance in a complex regulatory environment.
What You’ll Do:
+ Advise management on licensing and regulatory matters.
+ Provide recommendations to ensure project compliance and performance.
+ Represent the organization in regulatory meetings, workshops, and conferences.
+ Support environmental reviews, including field visits as needed.
+ Collaborate with teams to resolve licensing and environmental process issues.
What You Bring:
+ 15+ years in licensing or environmental roles within nuclear or highly regulated industries; 5+ years supervisory experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
+ Strong knowledge of licensing and environmental regulations.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively under pressure.
+ Desired: SRO/RO license or certification, prior managerial experience in licensing/environmental.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $68.00 to $93.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
