Chief Solutions Architect

Key Role:

Develop and architect overarching story development for proposals. Analyze RFP requirements to create approaches to integrate all proposal volumes such as technical, management, past performance, or cost, including proposal story arcs, solutions, messaging, graphics, written volumes, and verbal presentations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 20+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC operations, including management and engineering

+ Experience in scaling solutions

+ Experience in business development or capture roles

+ Knowledge of tactical and strategic systems such as WGS, AEHF, DSCS, UVIDS, and GBS

+ Knowledge of system engineering practices and ITSM

+ Knowledge of major cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Micro sof t Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

+ Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

+ Ability to develop and articulate complex technical solutions in analytics, digital transformation, engineering, or cyber domains

+ TS / SCI clearance

+ HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

+ Experience supporting the Global Defense market or similar mission-focused federal clients

+ Experience with agile development, cloud architectures, and emerging technologies in the national defense space

+ Experience with technical writing and client presentation

+ Experience with technical solutioning for classified environments

+ Ability to effectively communicate and manage large technical projects

+ Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
