PRN Caregiver

**Pay Rate** : $14.50 per hour

**Hours:** PRN Overnight shift 4p-8a (as needed, hours are not guaranteed)

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Details:

+ Work schedules are based on client needs and include 16-hour shifts (4 PM - 8 AM).

+ Must be available to work 1 weekend night per month

+ We **do not** offer traditional Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM shifts.

Requirements:

+ Must be 18 years or older.

+ Must have a valid driver's license held for at least 12 months (permits and intermediates DO NOT QUALIFY).

+ Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration for use throughout your shift to transport clients to appointments or outings.

Training & Orientation:

+ All new hires regardless of status such as full-time or part-time must attend a paid orientation for two weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Locations:

+ We have locations in Danville, Junction City, and Perryville

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

+ **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent

+ **Experience:** Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

+ **Skills:** Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management

+ **Behaviors:** Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

+ **Vehicle:** Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
