Job Description

We are seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee the maintenance of electronic security system projects across multiple client sites nationwide. This role requires frequent travel and hands-on coordination of field teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project management for electronic security system maintenance projects, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and intercom systems

Supervise field technicians and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and technical standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site execution.

Track project milestones, budgets, and documentation and reporting back to management as needed.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during installation and commissioning.

Ensure compliance with local codes, industry regulations, and client specifications.

Prepare and deliver project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Salary ranges from $100,000-110,000

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in electronic security systems project management.

Proven track record managing multi-sites ideally within federal or commercial environment

Strong knowledge of security technologies ( Lenel, DMP, Bosch, Hirsch, Genetec, Avigilon, Bosch, Honeywell).

CAPM certification

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays (will try to get home on the weekends)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to pass standard background check and public trust process
