Job Description
This hotel in Macon, GA is seeking a passionate and experienced culinary leader to oversee its food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will elevate the dining experience, drive revenue, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. The hotel is flexible in structuring the role and is open to the following options:
Executive Chef: Focused on culinary excellence and kitchen management.
Senior Food & Beverage Manager: Focused on front-of-house operations, beverage program, and guest experience.
Chef & F&B Manager (Combined Role): A single leader overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage department.
Responsibilities (vary depending on role):
Manage and oversee all aspects of the kitchen and/or food and beverage service.
• Menu development and execution.
• Food and beverage cost control.
• Staff training and management.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Scheduling and budgeting.
• Build and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Accommodate for hotel operations which includes 3 meal periods, rooftop bar, and coffee shop.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
•Minimum 4 years of upscale fine dining or hotel experience or open to fast casual restaurant (Chef & F&B Manager combined role).
•Fast casual experience minimum, upper scale preferred (Executive Chef).
•Strong culinary skills and knowledge.
•Experience with food and beverage cost control.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
