Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Treasury Analyst to join a dynamic Corporate Finance team supporting both investment strategy and operational treasury functions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in investment analysis and treasury operations, and is split approximately 50/50 between analyzing a $3B portfolio—including stocks, equities, and fixed income—and supporting daily treasury activities. Responsibilities include preparing daily cash position reports, managing account funding, processing wires and ACH transactions, handling merchant services reconciliations and chargebacks, and maintaining credit card device inventory. The analyst will also support financial reporting, compliance for tax-exempt debt, and special projects such as board slide preparation and rating agency data. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, experience navigating bank portals (e.g., PNC), and the ability to manage multiple systems. A bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration is required, but accounting experience is not. The team is open to training candidates with at least one year of treasury or financial operations experience.

Skills and Requirements

• 1+ year of treasury experience (hands-on with cash, balance sheets, month-end close)

• Strong emphasis on investment knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, spreadsheets, financial analysis, large data sets)

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and manage financial data • Experience with banking portals (e.g., PNC or similar)

• Experience managing multiple banking platforms

• Healthcare industry exposure

• CTP certification or Master’s degree

• Familiarity with Workday
