Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Global Payroll Consultant or Analyst to lead the implementation and integration of a global payroll platform, including Workday and ADP. This role will be critical in onboarding new countries, streamlining payroll operations, and ensuring compliance across diverse regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Global Payroll Implementation:
o Lead the deployment of a unified global payroll solution across multiple countries.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Workday Integration:
o Design and manage integrations between Workday HCM and external payroll systems.
o Ensure accurate data flow, mapping, and reconciliation between platforms.
• Country Expansion:
o Coordinate the onboarding of new countries into the global payroll framework.
o Conduct gap analyses, define local requirements, and ensure compliance with regional labor and tax laws.
• Process Optimization:
o Identify opportunities to standardize and improve payroll processes globally.
o Develop documentation, training materials, and support models for regional payroll teams.
• Project Management:
o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
o Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across departments.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure payroll operations meet internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
o Support audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skills and Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience with global payroll operations and implementations.
• Associate degree.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and payroll integration best practices.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll projects and vendor relationship with ADP.
• Knowledge of international payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. • Experience with LATAM payroll integrations.
• Bachelor degree.
