Job Description

Our client is seeking an ambitious Art Director / Sr. Designer to join their Marketing/Brand team in Coral Springs. Ideally this person will have experience in wellness, beauty or CPG industries. This role will lead the visual identity for our client, overseeing both design and art direction across all platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, skilled in design, and confident directing a team while also reviewing and refining creative work from external vendors. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand’s visual communication, ensuring consistency across packaging, web, social, and Amazon, while also upholding compliance and clarity in copy; working in collaboration with a Sr. Copywriter. This is a strategic and executional role, requiring the ability to deliver across a broad range of brand deliverables, including packaging, product campaigns, promotions, e-commerce retail assets lead, and social. The essential functions of this role will be to own and uphold the client's new visual identity and creative standards across all markets and channels and provide creative direction for packaging, labels, campaigns, and rebranding initiatives. You will review, edit, and approve both copy and visuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with supplements industry regulations and lead art direction for photography, video, and other branded content to maintain consistent brand alignment.

Skills and Requirements

•5+ years of experience in art direction, or senior design leadership roles

•A strong portfolio and relevant experience (CPG, Industry alignment etc.)

•Strong design background with ability to be hands-on in execution when needed

•Expertise in reviewing and editing copy for accuracy, compliance, and clarity

•Experience directing and mentoring creative teams, with demonstrated leadership skills

•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and familiarity with tools for creative review/project management (e.g., Monday, SharePoint)

•Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills - Proven experience in the wellness, beauty or CPG industries (Portfolio required)

- Knowledge of packaging, labeling, and regulatory considerations in the supplements category
