Job Description
The Security Training Project Manager will lead the strategic development and delivery of educational programs focused on business continuity, security operations, and regulatory compliance within a higher education and public sector environment. This role involves designing accessible and targeted training curricula, collaborating with subject matter experts across departments, and managing the full lifecycle of training initiatives—from content creation and audience segmentation to platform deployment and completion tracking. The manager will ensure alignment with compliance standards, curate educational materials across platforms like Proofpoint, ZenGuide, and Workday, and oversee reporting and outcomes. Strong communication skills, instructional design experience, and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse university audiences are essential.

Skills and Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or training program coordination.
• 3–5 years of instructional design experience, ideally within the higher education or public sector.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and security operations.
• Experience working in or with IT environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
• Comfortable curating educational materials and adapting to multiple training platforms.
Experience rationalizing learning paths and packaging training programs for impact. • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive training design.
• Familiarity with Proofpoint, ZenGuide, and Workday platforms.
Ability to identify and implement training best practices across diverse teams.
