Job Description
This individual will be in the office Monday through Friday. They will be tech support for service contractors and equipment owners via phone and/or email. The individual be trained on Moffat products and will answer multiple calls a day from clients and tech to help them trouble shoot their products.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in the field
3+ years of schematic experience (ability to read them)
3+ years of electrical and mechanical experience
Experience with installation, troubleshooting/repair, and preventative Maintenace of commercial equipment (not residential)
Trouble shooting circuits and controls
Strong phone and email communication
Customer service experience
Strong Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, teams) Knowledge of commercial ovens
