    Schedule:

    Friday; 3pm-11pm

     

    Saturday: 3pm-11pm

     

    Sunday: 3pm-11pm

     

    Monday: 3pm-11pm

     

    United Protective Services is looking for a motivated Field Training Supervisor to support our Dallas or Frisco accounts throughout the DFW area. This role combines leadership, training, and field supervision to ensure our officers deliver professional, reliable security services.

     

    As a Field Training Supervisor, you will be conducting your duties in a company vehicle, allowing you to travel between different locations while representing United Protective Services with professionalism.

    As a Field Training Supervisor, you will:

    + Conduct vehicle, post, and officer inspections at multiple locations using a company vehicle

    + Assist in training Security Officers at accounts where on-site supervisors are not present

    + Identify and report deficiencies in equipment so issues can be addressed quickly

    + Support Security Officers by delivering uniforms, name badges, and gear as needed

    + Cover security posts temporarily during call-offs or until the assigned officer arrives

    + Contact Security Officers to help fill open shifts when scheduling needs arise

    + Assist the patrol division when additional coverage is needed

    + Respond to emergencies at client sites and maintain clear communication with management

    You will make a great Field Training Officer if you:

    + Posses strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    + Can exercise sound judgement and maintain strong situational awareness

    + Bring effective problem-solving skills to your daily work

    Requirements for this position:

    + Prior security, supervisory, or training experience preferred

    + Must be dependable, professional, and flexible to meet client needs

    + Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)

    This job reports to the Frisco Division 1 Account Manager

     

    This is a Full-Time position
