    CHMC-Radiology Clerk-Day Shift- Full Time- Day Shift- Req 9002

     

    Pay Range $18.93-$24.23*

    Job Summary:

    As a Radiology Clerk, you'll be responsible for all reception and clerical duties within the department. This includes greeting and processing patients, answering multiple phone lines, typing, filing, and copying. A key part of your role is data entry using the patient management system, RIS, and you'll play a major part in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the customer's advocate for the Radiology Department and must maintain a respectful manner towards all patients, visitors, and staff. This position requires you to perform duties both under management supervision and independently. Shifts may vary as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + High School graduate or equivalent

    + Meditech experience and knowledge of patient scheduling is preferred.

    + Basic typing and clerical skills.

    + Knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is helpful.

    + Must be able to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking.
