    Description:

    + 100% on site (Winchester)

    + Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software

    + Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices

    + Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability

    + Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system

    + Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control – Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.

    + Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management.

    + Ability to work independently and in a large group setting

    + Effective organizational, planning, and time management

    A General Coordinator Operator ensures smooth operations across the IT department. They handle coordination tasks between different teams, manage schedules, and track project progress.

    + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

    + Strong communication and coordination skills

    + Familiarity with project management tools
