Your role and responsibilities
As an Oracle Cloud Architect you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
As of November 2024, Accelalpha has been acquired by IBM and will be integrated in the IBM organization. Your recruitment process will be managed by IBM. IBM will be the hiring entity.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the US
Required technical and professional expertise
7-10 years of experience as a delivery consultant and at least 3 years’ experience as a senior delivery lead or Solution Architect. Must be able to lead effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials - GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, Taxes.
Understanding of accounting processes and workflows and how it relates to the application and client business requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify risks and issues and propose effective solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific client business requirements.
Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal instructions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal and written. You should be able to translate technical concepts and designs into non-technical language.
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail.
