    Position** **Overview

    The Solution Sales Specialist is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on driving high­ margin new business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities by leveraging our suite of remote guarding, mobile guarding, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for showcasing client value.

    + Developandexecute strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

    + Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrationsof ourremote guarding, mobile guarding and security technologies.

    + Engageinconsultative selling to understandclient needs and tailorsolutions that showcase clear businessvalue.

    + WorkcloselywiththeVicePresidentof ClientSolutionsand Area VicePresidentsto align sales strategieswith client needs.

    + Collaborate with marketingandsales operations to commercialize new solutionsand drive go-to-market success.

    + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

    + MaintainaccuraterecordsofsalesactivitiesandpipelineprogressinCRMsystems.

    + Staycurrentonindustrytrends,competitivelandscape,andemergingtechnologies.

    Qualifications

    + Proven track record of successintechnology sales, preferably insecurity,surveillance, or Saas environments.

    + Strong huntermentality with demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation.

    + Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills,with the ability tosimplify complex technology solutions.

    + Consultativesellingapproachwithafocusonbuildinglong-termclientrelationships.

    + Self-motivated,goal-oriented,and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

    + Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,orrelatedfield preferred.
