    Job Title: QA Associate ManufacturingJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated QA Associate Manufacturing professional to provide quality assurance support within our manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse areas for contract pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging projects. Join our team in ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide quality assurance support in manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse areas for contract pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging projects.

    + Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished product sampling, water and air sampling, and environmental monitoring sampling.

    + Coordinate submission of samples to QC analysis or for third-party analysis with all required documentation.

    + Perform in-process testing/checks and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) for batch processing of manufacturing and packaging.

    + Collect samples such as TOC, drug active, and/or micro swabs from equipment and submit to QC with all required documentation.

    + Provide room clearance, equipment clearance, and materials checks before starting the process.

    + Escalate any non-conformance to the supervisor.

    + Comply with all company policies and standards.

    + Perform other functions as required or assigned by the supervisor.

    + Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and good documentation practices.

    Essential Skills

    + Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree

    + 1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience

    + Experience in manufacturing floor crossover

    + Knowledge in laboratory settings, wet chemistry, titration, and chromatography

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Technical knowledge in chemistry and wet chemistry.

    + Proficiency in computer applications and programs related to laboratory applications.

    + Understanding of mathematics including statistics.

    + Familiarity with sample preparation techniques.

    + Experience with spectroscopic techniques and chromatographic systems.

    + Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a laboratory setting with a team of 10 people. The facility is a new and growing Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) offering competitive pay.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cranbury, New Jersey.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
