Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Process TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This role involves inspecting and packaging product-filled vials, maintaining and cleaning equipment, setting up and operating machinery, and supporting various manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect and package product-filled vials per procedures and batch records.
+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
+ Set up and operate equipment effectively.
+ Assist in other manufacturing operations, including filling support activities.
+ Support internal operations such as stocking items, tracking inventory, and material movement.
+ Recognize and report equipment malfunctions, making necessary adjustments.
+ Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians (MPTs) on routine tasks.
+ Understand, follow, and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.
+ Reconcile components and products, calculating product exposure to room temperature.
Essential Skills
+ Filling and finishing manufacturing experience, preferably with vial inspection.
+ Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
+ Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
+ GMP experience is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This position is fully onsite. Work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST, which will adjust to Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM starting January to February. The role is based in a new state-of-the-art facility currently undergoing an additional expansion.

This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
