    Job Title: Revit Drafter

    Job Description

    The Revit Drafter is responsible for preparing detailed mechanical system drawings using Revit software. The role supports project planning, estimating, and documentation efforts during the pre-construction phase and requires coordination with both internal teams and external consultants. The drafter will interpret technical documents, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to budgeting and cost estimation efforts.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare detailed mechanical system drawings using Revit software.

    + Support project planning, estimating, and documentation efforts.

    + Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.

    + Interpret technical documents and ensure compliance with industry standards.

    + Contribute to budgeting and cost estimation efforts.

    + Maintain detailed project documentation.

    + Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide technical support during construction.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional design or construction setting.

    + Experience with construction and MEP systems.

    + Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and translate them into accurate Revit models.

    + Fluency in interpreting blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, and drafting.

    + Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

    + Experience in the construction and MEP systems space.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, Iowa.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
