Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Technicians for our 2nd Shift, which includes a 15% shift differential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company within the biotech industry, known for promoting from within and offering rapid career advancement.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.

+ Proactively identify and report safety hazards and incidents.

+ Accurately complete GMP documentation and review basic records such as logbooks.

+ Assist in revising procedures under direct supervision.

+ Participate in investigations and support execution of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

+ Contribute to small-scale continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Perform assigned production activities, ensuring all required training is completed and compliant prior to operations.

+ Apply basic problem-solving skills to identify abnormal results and escalate issues appropriately.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in designated process areas.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in pH testing, aseptic technique, buffer preparation, and UV Vis.

+ Experience with GMP, UV Vis, pH Meter, Purification, Chromatography, and Biotechnology.

+ Knowledge of basic laboratory instrumentation such as pH meter, UV instrumentation, and solution delivery systems (process skids).

+ Two plus years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent with a college-level Chemistry degree or equivalent work experience.

+ A biotechnology certificate or college degree is preferred.

The role is within a GMP-based environment on the 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday to Friday), offering a 15% shift differential. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
